What we do...
I trained in my Father's bakeries working along side my Grandfather. My Mum and Dad met at bakery college and My Mum's Father also had bakeries, in fact the baking 'gene' can be traced back approx. 300 years in the family, and this legacy continues with my daughter now working along side her Dad.
All our cakes are baked and decorated on the premises, we use only the freshest of ingredients, we use only vegetarian products, we do not use any preservatives in any of our products and do not knowingly use genetically modified ingredients. All the cakes are made to order specifically designed to the customers requirements. We do however from time to time have special offers for example Mother's Day cakes and Valentines cakes which you can look out for on facebook. At Christmas time we have an array of products for sale including rich fruit Christmas cakes, rum truffles and of course our famous mince pies which are a firm favourite amongst our customers.
